At Aureon Labs, your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to exchange an item, we’re here to make the process simple and fair.
Eligibility for Exchange
You may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

The item must be in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.
Items that are customized, used, or marked as final sale may not be eligible for exchange.
How to Request an Exchange
To start an exchange, contact us at contact@aureon.com with:

The item you wish to exchange

The reason for the exchange

The replacement item you would like (if applicable)
Our support team will provide you with instructions and next steps.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it at no additional cost.
Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Once the original item is received and inspected, the replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days.
Aureon Labs reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the conditions above.
